Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including modalities, manual techniques, and common exercise techniques.
- Instruct and guide patients through functional activities such as bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance activities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans under supervision; document outcomes and communicate changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety and safety education for patients and families.
- Mentor and train staff on technical skills as needed; support adherence to clinical policies and best practices.

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical therapy tasks under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Strong communication and patient-education skills; able to document clearly and accurately.
- Comfortable working in a long-term acute care setting with complex patient needs.
- Flexibility to commit to a 24-week travel assignment and the assigned shift pattern.
