Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through online live chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and general questions
Assist customers with basic issues and identify appropriate solutions
Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful tone in every interaction
Document customer interactions and update information as needed
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly

Qualifications
No previous customer service experience required
Strong written communication and basic computer skills
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication style
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working remotely

Schedule
This is a part-time remote position with flexible scheduling options based on business needs. Candidates should be available to work assigned shifts and maintain consistent attendance.
