Position Summary
The Associate Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Education Service Center. This role drives the development, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs, professional development, and technical assistance for regional school districts. The Associate Director ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering collaborative partnerships with school administrators, community stakeholders, and state education agencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Align and direct ESC programs with regional educational goals and state standards.
• Program Oversight: Supervise curriculum and instructional department staff.
• Fiscal Management: Develop, monitor, and optimize program budgets and grant funding allocations.
• District Collaboration: Assess school district needs to deliver targeted technical assistance and training.
• Operations & Compliance: Ensure all center operations adhere to board policies and legislative mandates.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze student achievement data to measure the impact of ESC services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Education Administration, or a related field required. Doctorate preferred.
• Certification: Valid State Administrator or Superintendent credential.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of successful school administration or educational leadership experience.
• Skills: Proven track record in budget management, grant administration, and staff supervision.
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking, conflict resolution, and collaborative relationship-building skills.

Salary Range:

Placement Dependent upon Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Placement: $120,000
